Whether your family enjoy them after school, at work or at home, Maggi noodles are delicious ad easy to make.

Ingredients: 1tble spoon virgin olive oil, 20g butter, 1 brown onion, finely chopped, 4 middle bacon rashers, roughly chopped, 1 table spoon flour, 4 packets of chicken flavor 2-minute noodles, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley and 1 table spoon lemon zest.

Firstly, Heat oil and butter in a large, deep frying pan over medium high heat. Add onion and bacon. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes of until onion softens. Transfer 2 tablespoons onion mixture to a small bowl. Cover to keep warm. Secondly, Add flour and 2 chicken flavor sashets from the maggie noodles to pan, gradually stir in milk and 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer. Add the noodles. Cook, stirring occasionally to break up doodles, for 2 minutes or until tender. Thirdly, ad most importantly, Add peas and cheese, cook for a futher 2 minutes or until peas are bright green and tender. Lastly add parsley and lemon zest to reserved onion mixture. Toss and combine, and enjoy!
