Delico are a family owned butchery with a passion for peopl – a small business with a big heart. They are located just outside the quait little town of Riebeek Kasteel.

Oepsies consist of: bacon and cherry treat.

Serve at a braai as a starter with garlic bread or with a tenderized rump.

What is on the menu? How about offering to bring bacon oepsies as a apetizer.

Great to enjoy oepsies, with rump, Delico Wors, Potato Salad with a garlic bread.

Marinade that goes delicious with Oepsie: 2 cups tomato sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cupr soy sauce, 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice. Firstly, combine the tomato sauce, honey and sugar, then the rest of the ingredients. Stir well before brushin onto oepsies. Secodly, Marinate for 1 hour before putting on a braai. Keep marinating until crispy bacon.
