Delico make use of a local free range chicken farm situated close to them.

Here are some ideas how to prepare drumsticks:

Sweet and Sticky baked drumsticks, Fried drumsticks, Lemon and herb drumsticks

Sweet ‘n sticky baked chicken drumsticks recipe:

• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• half cup honey
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
• 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 12 chicken drumsticks
• 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.

Make the marinade, keep in refrigerated for 2 hours. Put in 180C preheat oven cook for 1 hour. Shimmer marinade for 15minutes in a pan. Pour sticky marinade sauce over drumsticks.
