Italian spaghetti is typically made from durum wheat semolina.

Fatti’s & Moni’s proudly produces the most delicious and authentic paste.  The brand is a South African icon, holding pride of place in every South African home.

Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat, gluten).

Cooking instructions:

Firstly, fill a medium to large port 2/3 with water, and bring to boil. Secondly, add a tablespoon of oil and salt to taste. Thirdly, and most importantly add the spaghetti and boil, uncover for 7-9 minutes. Then drain the water from the spaghetti and serve with a sauce of your choice.

Recipe:

Step 1: Cook pasta and add mince. Step 2: Flavor mince with chutney, tomato paste, brown onion powder, add a fried chopped onions and mushrooms.  Final step: Dish up a spoon of spaghetti adding mince on top of the bed of  spaghetti, and bon a petite.
