Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

To ensure a order delivered within 24hrs, place order 1day beforehand.

Traditional South African Feta Cheese.

Bacteria and enzymes separates the curds from milk.

Tradional feta is made from 100% sheep’s milk or a combination of sheep’s milk and up to 30% goats milk.

Feta goes great in:

Salads (Traditional Green Salad, chicken salad, breakfast salad, chic pea salad)

A delicious recipes to follow at home:

1 1/2 cup loose rice

1 packet of cherry tomatoes cut in halves

crumbled Roulou South African Plain Feta

3/4 herb olive oil.

Mix all ingredients together, and enjoy!

Macaroni and Cheese:

1 tablespoon Butter, 250g grated cheese, traditional feta, 500g macaroni and 1 cup of milk.

Stir the butter with the macoroni until butter is melted, add the grated cheddar and South African Plain Feta, with cup of milk.
