Fun fact about streaky bacon:

It is very fatty and has long layers of fun running parallel to the rind. The world’s most expensive rasher of bacon, is a rasher of streaky bacon that is covered in rich, dark chocolate and then dusted with edible 23-carat of gold.

Ingredients: 3lt water, 2 tablespoons of salt, 500g spaghetti pasta, 500g streaky bacon, 3 table spoons extra- virgin olive oil, red onion, diced, minced garlic, roma tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Firstly, in a large pot, boil pasta with salt. Secondly, saute streaky bacon until crispy. Thirdly, and most importantly cook all remaining ingredients until golden brown. In conclusion, drain the pasta and add to tomato mixture, add the grated parmesan cheese, salt and grinded black pepper to taste and enjoy!
